Join us at the NWIA office for a watch party as the Iowa REALTORS® present the unique course, Don’t Be That Agent: A Fair Housing Class taught by Nora Crosthwaite. 

The course will feature a short guest spot by LaDrina Wilson, a Convention speaker. The session also fulfills members' NAR Fair Housing requirement. 

This class will reinforce the importance of Fair Housing and diversity in real estate, while providing REALTORS® with practical insights, tools, and perspectives to better serve diverse communities.

Watch Party Host: Northwest Iowa REALTORS®, with presentation by Iowa REALTORS® Housing Opportunities Committee and the Iowa REALTORS® School of Real Estate

Date: Thursday, April 9, 2026

Time: Viewing of the session will take place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in-person at the NWIA office. Lunch will be provided. Please arrive in time to be parked and seated by 11:00 AM.

Attendees will have the option to continue with an informal discussion following the event.

Cost: $10 for in-person viewing at the NWIA office and lunch. NWIA is providing a $15 discount for this event as an NWIA member benefit.

How To Watch From Another Location? To watch remotely from another location, register directly with the Iowa REALTORS School by clicking here. Registration for remote viewing is $25 and does not include lunch. 

Credits: Attendees receive 2 elective renewal CE with any participation format. Satisfies the NAR requirement for Fair Housing training.
