2026 Nomination Form for Board of Directors
There will be three positions on the Northwest Iowa REALTORS® Board of Directors open for the next fiscal year, which begins October 1, 2026. Members may self-nominate.
- Two positions are for Sales Associates, and one position is for a Broker/Owner.
- All positions are for a full three-year term.
- No more than two members from any one office may serve at the same time.
- United Real Estate Solutions currently holds two board seats. No additional members from United are eligible for nomination or election.
The Nominating Committee will consider all nominees. The Nominating Committee is appointed by NWIA President Chris Delfs, and is charged with vetting nominees and preparing a slate of candidates.
The ballot for the 2026 election will open the week of August 24.
Winners will be announced and installed at the NWIA Annual Board Luncheon on Thursday, September 17, at Noon at the Hilton Garden Inn in Sioux City. Register here for the lunch event.
