This quarter's call will focus on the increasingly important topic of deed and title fraud. Fraudulent transfers of property deeds or titles are on the rise. This type of fraud not only threatens homeowners, but also creates serious risk for brokers, agents and their clients. 

During the call, we'll hear from Matt Christopherson, director of Business and Consumer Research, at the National Association of REALTORS®, and Dillon Malone,  chief legal counsel for the Iowa Finance Authority, about the rise of deed and title fraud, as well as how you can help ensure your agents can spot when fraud is occurring. 

Additionally, we'll discuss Professional Development and brokers: what’s working, what could be improved, and what you want to see in the future. Your feedback and insight are key to shaping education that truly supports Iowa brokers and their agents.
